The barrel of this lens is .85 inch in diameter and it has a large cap on top. The magnification that this lens produces varies with the different models of readers, but as a rule, the smaller the size in mm, the larger the image magnification. This lens fits the newer model Micron 740, 750, 760, 770, 780 and 790. The newer models have a metal front and plastic back while the older models are all metal. This lens may fit other models, but I do not have a complete list. These lenses are used, but they are in good condition and guaranteed to work properly.
