25mm Lens For Older Micro Design, Micron and B&H Microfiche Reader

This small drop in microfiche or microfilm reader lens fits a variety of different readers. The barrel of this lens is 3/4" (.75 inch) in diameter and it has a cut-out on the bottom portion of the lens barrel. This lens can also be used on some units that don't require the cut-out barrel. The magnification that this lens produces varies with the different models of readers, but as a rule, the smaller the size in mm, the larger the image magnification.

This lens fits the following microfiche readers and reader/printers:

Micro Design 4010, 4020, 495, 905, 915. 925, 935, 955, 965, 975
Older model Micron XL-10, XL-20, 740, 750, 760, 770, 780 (some of the Micron readers require a metal washer to be placed around the lens barrel)
Bell & Howell ABR-VIII, SR-VIII, SR-900, ABR-914, Compact 4000 reader/printer
Datamate 895A, DM1000, DM2000 Reader/Printers
AM Bruning 925, 955, 4010, 4020
Anacomp MC 1000 reader/printer

This lens fits a number of other, mainly older microfiche and microfilm readers, but I do not have a complete list.
